Time for an update.....long over due

June....
Memorial weekend our family enjoys going around to the different cemeteries to remember family and friends. The weekend is also spent somewhere with the Jones's. This year was Indian Hot Springs. Highlights: Four-wheeling, Kobe got to release a humming bird from his hand...swimming...boys playing Frisbee... We also Found we NO LONGER fit in our TENT!

This year was the first time the boys and I got to join in on the Family Bike ride from Sheppard's the CeLes' house. Boys loved MOST of the ride :) This pic is for the gentle man who ran the stop sign in front of many witnesses.

Father's day is always a special time to focus on those loving Father's that work so hard for our family! I have the best father, father-in-law, grandpa's and the world's best hubby!

July...
My mom's favorite holiday is the Fourth and I have to say she has made it one of my favorites too. My sweet young Mother turned one year younger this year! There is never a word to describe what she means and how much she does for me.....I love you mom!!!!

Cuz Madison was down from Vegas area and the boys were so excited to have them down.Swimming, Hop To It, the zoo, parade....you name it they were together. Trevor, who is talking more each day loved to say "where's Madison". They eventually had to go home and Kobe was so sweet, it hadn't even been 2 days and he was saying "I miss Madison" I think for a minute they thought she was living at Grandma Candy's house forever.

Our Jensen Reunion was a hit once again. I was excited that we were able to go earlier this year. "This OLD house" was our theme....many neat crafts for women, men , and children were done and who else has a monster-mash Halloween DANC'N grove'n party in the mountains tell 10pm but US. We do have the best DJ in the family. Unforgetable memories of Beautiful chair lift ride and what a treat to be suprised with Uncle Allen and Aunt Treasea, Lisa Rae and Wendy/kids show up. I love when we catch up.......

With one day to be back and repack....Girls Camp was a great way to end the month. It was so fun to be a leader get to know the girls. Our ward was over the First years. You never know what to expect from girls who haven't been to camp before and it truelly was an interesting experience....I learned a lot, loved having all our leaders there Wednesday for the destiny walk, Thursday's Testimony meeting, enduring extra mile hike (that ended with only 3 of 24 of us actually completing the whole hike.....and we were the ones that got to see a deer). It was just a great reminder of priorities that helped increase my testimony!

I have to say I was looking forward to being with my boys and spending time with my hubby again! Thanks to EVERYone that pitched in to watch my Boys!!!!! They had a blast! LOVE YOU!!

WHEN HOPE IS ALMOST GONE......

So it's not unusual for me to "misplace" my keys. I swear THEY have a tendency of running off on me, it totally has nothing to do with me!! :)

Last SATURDAY!!! Jason and I actually went on a date. Shocking....I know the rest of you go weekly with your hubbies... It was a nice evening, dinner and movie with no interruptions of crying, rassling, "your turn"....Nice. Boys where mostly in bed when we got home. Next day, Sunday, we woke up and had to drive two different vehicles and to no surprise i couldn't find my keys right away = so i borrowed jason. I usually don't worry because with little time i find them. Well SIX DAYS LATER I think to myself HUH I THINK YOU REALLY LOST YOUR KEYS!!! Jason and I having been turing the house inside out. I had just had my keys at 3 hours prior to us leaving on date and I didn't take them with. We checked with the babysitter. NOPE! I asked Kobe cause he is good at finding things and he was like DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALK'N ABOUT CRAZY LADY. Jason was sure the boys had done something with them. So to all their hiding spots we went. I felt guilty thinking maybe I really did put them down somethwhere funny and here the boys are getting the blame. So away we have looked for 6 days mind you SIX DAYS! Behind and inside couches, sand box, every place we could think. I started reorganized my closet space. It's actually been a busy week so with little chance i had I've looked. I even tried the praying for a fantastic inspiring dream that would magically "show me the WAY". Nope, Heavenly Father doesn't send dreams anymore or ever to me now that I think about it.
So today I finally decided to clean Kobe's room which for 90% of time is clean but has been a disaster the past 3 days cause he decided to get everything out of his closet and throw it up in the air to see how much ground he could actually cover. Which i must say he did really well, only leaving a little trail to his bed.
So As I woke with Trevor at 6:45 (Did I mention I worked till the wee hours of the morning) With the worst migraine and nausea, After deciding that the Excedrines finally kicked 3 hours later, I could actually move.
What better thing to do then attack KOBE's room before anyone actually sees it. So as I am on my hands and knees next to his drawers is see this...

What in the world...I new instantly... I yelled for Kobe..."I FOUND MY KEYS" He came running in. "Look where Trevor hid them" "No mom I hid them there, isn't it funny" The look on my face must had struck a cord because he started hugging and kissing me saying "I love you mom!" "Kobe you know I have been looking for them." More hugs and kisses and off he went!!!
I text Jason and he said the funny thing was he looked in those drawers last night. What are the odds that I would be 2 inches away and see one key peaking through the only drawer with a crack that we really don't open cause it has clothes he's not into yet. I mean really they could have just stayed hiding and snugged against clothes rather then be abuse by being shoved into a key hole all day.

Oh how grateful I am. I'm sure Heavenly Father said, "ok busy week, rough morning and I think she has cleaned enough....Today is the day, lets see if she pays attention"!!!

GOOD ONE!!!Thank you thank you Self and to those with on-high connections for me FINALLY FINDING MY KEYS! now all I need is a beeper/alarm button on them!

The Noblest Calling!

Who ever said being a mom is "easy" needs to be high-fived!! Motherhood one of the EASIEST things in this world...at least in my dreams it seems to be that way...then again even then I have nightmares...or was that reality...hum now i'm thinking it's not so a piece of cake....although having great kids always makes the task of motherhood ALL WORTH IT!

I had a very nice mother's day week. WEEK! Well it started on Wednesday when my mom coming down for our YW's Mother/Daughter Spa night. She was a trooper driving down and the morning to help us set up and decorate. She didn't get near the pampering she should have. Although it's crazy when your running in the event, We still had some memories to share and I got to share my mom with them!

Sunday, Jason and I made breakfast for my mom. It was nice but never enough time.
Kobe couldn't wait for me to test my mother's day present out...so in my dress we went..!

We headed over to Candy's to join her at church. The Boys made the cutest mother's day gift of love and so excited to give. Candy surprises her girls with a flower....too nice of her and her I thought we were to give to her. We had a nice dinner were Wendell and the Girls shooed me out of the "kitchen clean up duty".
Next spent some special times the a GRAND/GREAT MOTHER.....still bumbed I didn't get pictures there.

We topped off our evening driving home early to make sure we fit in a short Bike ride!

I LOVE BEING A MOTHER MORE THAN ANYTHING IN THE WORLD!!Nothing touches me more than my boys. Trevor gets excited just to to see me walk in the door...Kobe and his sweet ways of just walking up to me to say "I love you mom." he is always picking me dandelions and snuggling with me. Both are still mamma's boys and THAT JUST FINE WITH ME!

SOLD!!! AND we are up and running!

We have been wanting a playset the day we moved into our house. Jason may say, The kids and I have wanted one, but when Jason saw this playset at costco for the asking price HE WAS THE ONE THAT COULDN'T LET IT GO!!! So thank to my HUBBY's ability to NOT SAY NO....we are finally satisfied!

Grandma/pa came down Friday night to help load the light weight boxes and started assembling. The reviews were great, beside that fact it said it took 12hrs to assemble. With the Idaho weather that means starting in the sun, going through a like snow fall and ending in a drought!
BEFORE.........BEFORE.....BEFORE....(LOOKS LIKE FUN)

Despite the late night at work, for me, the boys were ready to keep moving bright EYED bushie tail, while we had a nice day ahead. i made some delicious breakfast to get those mighty muscle ready. Jason finally got some good use out of his Christmas present. and Ryan was somehow suckered into coming down and going in on the fun.

THANKS BOYS! AND GRANDMA FOR COMING!
Kobe was A WEE BIT scared at first. it looked more scary without it being finished but once it was done.....loook out the BOYS CAN'T WAIT to go outside.
AFTER......NOT A MOMENT TO WASTE!

It has already put in some good kid time with have a bunch of munchkins over this past weekend.

HERE'S TO NO BROKEN BONES, NO HORNETS NEST AND SUNNY WEATHER!

Hopp'n back a couple of weeks

The boys had a blast at Easter this year. We started by coloring eggs here with the Jones. Kobe saw Trevor biting into an egg that GG peeled, so he decide the crunch into a EGG HARD SHELL AND ALL. His look on his face said it all. I didn't even know you could actually bite threw a shell. THEN AGAIN, I'VE NEVER TRIED~ His poor little tongue did get a cut. Trevor {with the attention span of a 18month old} loved coloring with the crayon FOR 2 SECONDS, then moved onto EATING THE CRAYON, Next he did good coloring them everyone around WAS GETTING COLORED BY THE KURPLUNKS, Finally he was all about "get me down!!!" which his state of mind was quickly changed with the power of STICKERS, FOR 3 SECONDS....which leads to him being content with finally eating one! A little too much at once!

Then we went to Cassia Regional for their egg hunt....that turned into an "INSIDE" egg hunt. Busy crazy, but warm. Then out to grandma Gwen's. Breakfast was delicious. Between the great words of wisdom mom read the Easter walk with the kids and sent them on a scavenger hunt. THEY LOVVVVVVED THIS!!!

Then moved on to make resurrection rolls...also a success! The boys woke up to find the Easter bunny found them. Kobe couldn't believe it!!!!
I was personally upset because my camera kept dying and the video camera....well it wouldn't even TURN ON!

Holidays are so much fun that Kobe talks about them way after the fact. Even today he said something "like on Easter".
Conference was nice. I love the start how Prez. Monson was so Casual and funny. Some of the talks really left an impression on me, others well lets just say they didn't make it to my brain through my ears....I can't wait to read the printed version.

What can we say, other than , WE LOVE FAMILY TIME DURING THE HOLIDAYS!!!!
